Senior Director of Marketing

Paola Rivas serves as Senior Director of Marketing, bringing more than 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, growth strategy, and community engagement. She leads initiatives that strengthen brand presence, build strategic partnerships, and expand access to care through innovative marketing and outreach programs. Known for her collaborative leadership and relationship-driven approach, Paola focuses on delivering measurable results while helping organizations better connect with the communities they serve. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education, a marketing certification, and is currently pursuing her MBA. Outside of her professional work, she is an active scouting leader in her community, supporting both a Cub Scout Pack and a Girl Troop.
